Electrical appliance maker Glen Dimplex has acquired Norwegian electric heating company NOBO Electro. The privately owned Irish company had already acquired a 25% stake earlier this year.
NOBO is the leading manufacturer of electric heating products in Scandinavia, which is the second largest installed heating market in Europe after France.
NOBO employs 200 people and has an annual turnover of €40m.
