Exploration company Ormonde Mining has announced a placing of just over five million shares at six cent per share, representing nearly 7.5% of the share capital.
The placing will raise around €297,000 net of expenses. This will be used to finance exploration at the company's joint venture licence areas in Morocco and Spain.
32% of the shares were placed in London, while the company's directors took up just under 20%.
