Exploration company Kenmare Resources has announced a placing of just under 57 million shares at 23 cent per share to raise around €13m.
It has also announced plans to raise another €5.4m through an open offer of nearly 24 million shares to existing shareholders on the basis of one new share for every eight existing shares.
Kenmare is to use the funds for its Moma titanium mine project in Mozambique.
