Matheson Ormsby Prentice and Cleaver Fulton Rankin have formed an alliance to provide an all-island legal service for clients undertaking business in Ireland.
The two laws firms believe the alliance - All Island Law - will create new business opportunities to assist their clients, both existing and new.
MOP, based in Dublin, and CFR, based in Belfast, have a long tradition of working together. While not creating a partnership, the two firms believe that with greater formal co-operation their clients will receive a more fully integrated service.
All Ireland Law will deal with the border regions, All-Ireland bodies, Public and Private Partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance law, personal planning and commercial litigation.
