Waterford Stanley and the Range Cooker Company (RCC) have announced a joint venture which will cover reciprocal sales in Ireland and the UK.
Under the joint venture, Waterford Stanley has been appointed the sole distributor of RCC products in the Republic, while RCC has likewise been appointed to do the same for Waterford's products in Britain.
The venture enables Waterford to 'significantly enhance its sales and distribution network in Britain,' said Michael Laffan, Joint Managing Director of Waterford Stanley.
RCC, which is listed on London stock exchange, recorded pretax profits of £3.6m stg last year and has over 650 stockists in Britain.
