Insurance broking and consulting firm Aon MacDonagh Boland has acquired Toal Insurances and Toal Life & Investments, which are both based in Mullingar.
The companies will now trade as Aon Toal and Aon Toal Consulting respectively.
Toal Insurances managing director Terry Toal will stay in his post and also join the executive board of Aon MacDonagh Boland, whose parent company Aon Corporation is listed in New York, Frankfurt and London.
