Exploration company Bula Resources has appointed Tom Kelly as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Subject to shareholders approval at Bula's AGM, Mr Kelly will be appointed to the board as Managing Director. Mr Kelly replaces John Hogan, who resigned earlier this year.
Bula also announced today that Patrick Gillen has been co-opted to the Board of Bula as a non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Commenting on the appointments, Bula Chairman Albert Reynolds said: 'Tom has been working for the company for the last two months as a consultant, and has shown himself to be capable and determined with over 24 years experience in the oil industry and with the required skills to deliver strong leadership to the company.'
