Lynda Richards-Stocks of Viking Splash Tours has won the Shell LiveWIRE Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2001 award.
Viking Splash Tours provides a sightseeing tour of Dublin by land and water using amphibious military vehicles called 'Ducks'.
Gary Quigley of Inn Creations, which specialises in the constructing and refurbishing bars and hotels, took second place.
The awards were open to anyone aged between 16 and 30 whose businesses have been up and running for between three and 18 months.
