British property investment company Jermyn, which also has a listing in Dublin, says it is in talks which may lead to an offer for the company.
The company is delaying the release of its annual accounts because of the proposal.
In Ireland, Jermyn has a 50-50 joint venture with Treasury Holdings called Castle Market Holdings, which is planning a redevelopment of Dublin's Stillorgan Shopping Centre.
