Glass maker Ardagh says it has completed the refinancing of senior debt at its UK subsidiary Rockware Glass, which it acquired for £283m in 1999.
The company says the £122m sterling facilities raised at the time of the acquisition have been repaid in full and replaced with new facilities of £86m.
Ardagh says today's move shows it has made substantial progress in reducing debt over the past two years. It says the new facilities provide a 'more flexible operating environment'.
