Aer Lingus today unveiled the first phase of its new interactive website, which includes the airline's new Online Booking Engine.
Customers can now book online - using either price or schedule preference - on all Aer Lingus flights and on selected additional cities in Europe and over 90 destinations in the US.
In addition to booking online, the new website also contains information on the airline's Frequent Flyer programme, special offers, customer service and corporate information. The site can also be used for booking connecting flights within Europe and the US with Aer Lingus' codeshare partners.
The next phase of the website, currently being developed, will include WAP access to the site, paperless ticket travel and car hire, hotel and insurance bookings.
