Exploration company Ovoca Resources has signed a Heads of Agreement document with Amcorp Ireland on a proposed joint venture.
Under the proposed deal, Amcorp has the right to earn a 51% interest in 15 licence areas in Cahir, Co Tipperary and North Galway licence blocks in return for expenditure of £500,000.
A four-year earn in period is envisaged under the proposed agreement.
