Chris O'Connell is to become managing director of property development company Shelbourne Development.
Mr O'Connell, currently a corporate finance director of Investment Bank of Ireland, will take a shareholding in Shelbourne, which is owned by Garrett Kelleher.
In Ireland, the company's projects include the development of a hotel and retail complex at a site on Parnell/Moore Street, the refurbishment of the former Irish Press building on Burgh Quay and two developments in Limerick.
