Jefferson Smurfit Group is to pay 55 million euros for the 25% stake in Austrian company Nettingsdorfer it does not already own.
Nettingsdorfer has a kraftliner mill and a corrugated plant in Austria, and also has operations in Italy.
It also has a 40% stake in Duropack, which has plants in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia.
