ICS Building Society has been voted the best residential mortgage lender by the Independent Mortgage Advisors Federation for the second time in a row.
The building society won the IMAF Service Excellence Award 2000 for the Residential Lending Sector amid competition from 12 other financial institutions.
Results were compiled from an independent survey of the top 120 mortgage brokers in Ireland, who are estimated to control about 70% of the mortgage broker business. The survey covered more than 34 service areas, from loan applications to arrears policies and value for money to the end client.
