Brendan Murtagh, who resigned from the board of building products group Kingspan two years ago after a controversy over share dealings, has been reappointed as a director.
Mr Murtagh, a founding director, quit after it emerged that people connected to his two sons had bought shares in British company Hewetson at a time when it was in talks on a takeover by Kingspan.
The company said at the time that Mr Murtagh might inadvertently have disclosed confidential information to his sons, though he didn't encourage them to buy the shares.
