Repair work on the Johanna Lucretia, the replacement ship for the reality TV programme 'Cabin Fever', is due to be carried out today.
The vessel travelled to Killybegs yesterday because of a faulty gearbox.
It is hoped the ship will continue on its journey this afternoon.
