Monday 4th September
The Full Score starts the week in Bantry with Beethoven. From this year's West Cork Chamber Music Festival, leading French pianist Cédric Tiberghien takes us through the alchemy of Beethoven's 24 Variations on the aria "Venni Amore" WoO 65.

Tuesday 5th September
It's foursquare beauty for our Full Score concert, with another performance from this year's West Cork Chamber Music Festival. The renowned Armida Quartet perform an all-Mozart programme: the teenage wonders of his Quartet in G major K.80, plus the second of his groundbreaking 'Haydn' Quartets, K.421.

Wednesday 6th September
All eyes on the ebonies and ivories for our Full Score concert! Pianist Kirill Gerstein takes on a brace of showcases by Maurice Ravel. His Piano Concerto for the Left Hand presents a dramatic tour de force, while the Piano Concerto in G sings of Jazz Age New York in Mozartian clarity. With WDR Symphony Orchestra, Cologne and maestro Andris Poga.

Thursday 7th September
Former principal maestro of the Irish Chamber Orchestra and honorary Irishman, Jörg Widmann proves his chops as one of the great clarinettists of today, in a performance as soloist and director with WDR Symphony Orchestra, Cologne. An all-Mendelssohn programme features an arrangement of the Andante from his 'Clarinet Sonata in E flat'), plus Symphony No. 1 in C minor, Op. 11.

Monday 11th September
Acknowledged as one of the leading Beethoven interpreters of our time, pianist Igor Levit takes on the master's last three keyboard sonatas- Beethoven Sonatas No.s 30-32, in a bravura recital.

Tuesday 12th September
A joyous meeting of peers holds sway in Mozart's E flat Sinfonia Concertante, K.364. Violinist Johan Dalene and violist Timothy Ridout star with the BBC Symphony Orchestra, cond. Sakari Oramo, in a programme that also includes her Symphony No.4 by Grażyna Bacewicz.

Wednesday 13th September
All hail the Dude! Maestro Gustavo Dudamel commands the Paris Opera Orchestra in one from Haydn's Paris Symphonies- No. 82 in C 'L'Ours', alongside Ravel's fairytale Ma mère l'oye Suite, and Richard Strauss' love letter to the past, in a Suite from his opera 'Der Rosenkavalier'.

Thursday 14th September
Today's concert brings us down the South American Way, as maestro Gustavo Dudamel helms the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra for a programme of 20th century Latino masterworks. Sergio Tiempo stars in the Piano Concerto No.1 of Moises Moleiro, alongside Ginastera's Invenciones de Territorio and 'An American Evening' by Ortiz.
