Three hotels have been added to Ireland's Blue Book for 2026, all of them 5-star destinations.
The Cliff House in Ardmore, Co Waterford, The Dylan in Dublin and Dunluce Lodge in Portrush, Co Antrim are the newest additions to the collection.
Now in its 51st year, the Blue Blook is a curated selection of the some of the best hotels, manor hours, private rentals, castles and restaurants in the country.
With locations spanning the length and breadth of the country, the inclusions vary from serene yoga retreats and stately castles, to manor homes and townhouses. There are currently over 60 locations on the list, including the newest members.
A 39-room boutique hotel, The Cliff House is already as renowned for its cosy size as much as it is for its breathtaking setting. Dramatically located on a cliff's edge overlooking the wild Celtic Sea, it is also home to a one-Michelin-starred restaurant serving up local produce and globally-inspired recipes.
The Dylan, meanwhile, is another boutique gem located close to the heart of Dublin City centre, just off Baggot St.
Housed in a handsome red brick building that was a former home for nurses, its decor is decidedly lavish and contemporary, with cosy bars, top-tier afternoon teas and their onsite restaurant, The Eddison.
Finally Dunluce Lodge, another coastal destination that leans heavily into its scenic surrounds, is located alongside the fourth fairway at the world famous Royal Portrush Golf Club.
Opened only this year and already visited by golf great Rory McIlroy, who stayed there during the British Open, it has impressed with its elegant decor and relaxing spa.
