Over the past few weeks, the Getaways team has jetted around the world, showing countries in new and exciting lights and giving us a fair dose of wanderlust. Ahead of tonight's final, we caught up with Vogue to get some of her top travel tips when it comes to staying fit.
If you follow Vogue on Instagram you will quickly learn two things about the reality TV star - she loves to travel and she loves to work out, so it only makes sense that she's become a bit of an expert at combining the two.
While holidaying in St. Barts with her husband Spencer Matthews and their baby, Theodore, Vogue shared some snaps of herself on the beach. In the caption, the new mum explained that she fell in love with working out because of the effect it had on both her body and mind.
She wrote: "Women are hard on themselves, I’m hard on myself too but I’m happy with my body now. It made a baby, that’s what impresses me most. I get asked a lot about what I do to stay in shape. I’m consistent in the gym and I eat healthy ISH. I never say no to things I want but eat them in moderation.
"Please don’t fall for those ridiculous flat tummy shakes or diet suppressants. If you want to tone up and lose weight, move more and eat healthily. It’s a slower process than a full-on diet but the results show and last longer.
As we can see from the video above, Vogue always manages to fit in some training time while traveling abroad. In the above Instagram post, she explains that she likes to swim and run while on holidays as well as using resistance bands and her own body weight to stay fit.
"There’s so much you can do with resistance bands and your own body weight. I used to lift really heavy weights but found it made me bigger.
"High reps and low weights or what I’ve done in this video is how I train now. I also think when you’re away you should try do things like swimming and outdoor sports."

On tonight's episode...
In tonight's final episode of Getaways, we get a glimpse into one of the most magnificent, diverse and fascinating cities in the world, as Vogue Williams and Joe Lindsay take in the sights in Hong Kong.
Making the most of new direct air routes to the former British colony in China, the pair immerses themselves in the city of more than seven million people. The city is a metropolitan behemoth, with more skyscrapers than any other city in the world and one of the most majestic skylines you're likely to find.
Food is Joe and Vogue's first port of call, as they sample some of the delicious street food, next making a pilgrimage to the Big Buddha on Lantau Island. Finally, they take a scenic journey through the stilted fishing village of Tai O, getting a glimpse into the thriving communities in this unforgettable city.
Closer to home, in this week’s short Getaway Tommy Bowe is away with the fairies in the charming town of Carlingford, Co Louth.
Watch the final episode of Getaways on RTÉ One tonight, Tuesday, 12th February at 8.30pm.
