French born Ketty Quigley took Australian celebrity chef John Torode around the best food in the capital city. She joined Ray D'Arcy in studio to through the list. Listen back above.

Originally from France, Ketty Quigley of Delicious Dublin Tours has been living in Dublin for the last 18 years and recently appeared on an episode of John Torode's Ireland, a new food travelogue series hosted by celebrity chef John Torode.

Her task on the show was to bring John around some of the best cafés and eateries that the capitol has to offer, some of which she kindly shared with Ray.

Speaking on the quality of food that Ireland has to offer, Ketty told Radio 1 listeners that the food industry has improved dramatically since her arrival:

"When I moved in 2004, it was not the same at all. It was during the Celtic Tiger years and then I think the recession really changed the food scene. When I saw these really nice cafés and restaurants opening in the capital, I said ok I'm going to share and tell people where is good to eat in Dublin. From 2012, I think the last 10 years have been really, really exciting in terms of Irish food in Dublin and in Ireland in general."
