Hard to believe it but Rory O'Connell is about to kick off his fourth season of RTÉ One's How To Cook Well...food programme.
In the first episode of his brand new series, the co-founder of the famous Ballymaloe Cookery School teaches up how to whip up a decadent three-course meal.
Starting with a delicious Mussel and Wild Garlic Omelette, Rory creates a main course of Chermoula Meatballs with Roasted Red Onions, Cherry Tomatoes and Green Olives followed by Caramel Meringue with Green Gooseberries, Elderflower, Butterscotch Sauce and Almond Praline. Is anyone else drooling?

As well as teaching viewers his culinary tricks, Rory has worked as a chef in some of the world’s top restaurants including Chez Nico, Chez Panisse and with Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons.
He says: "I want to give people confidence in the kitchen.
"When I wrote the book it was about sharing what I do and that’s the idea of the TV programme as well.
"I feel comfortable on television – maybe because I stand up and teach in front of a live audience two or three days a week."
How to Cook Well With Rory O’Connell is on RTÉ One every Tuesday night at 7pm.
