It was Pudding Week on last night's episode of The Great British Bake Off. Tensions were high amongst the bakers but apparently, so were the standards as Paul Hollywood offered up a number of his famous handshakes.
Battle of the Bakewells
Pudding week was a particularly delightful affair as the bakers made some mouth-watering concoctions.
- Stacey made a Bakewell steamed pudding
- Sophie made a raspberry, yuzu and white chocolate trifle terrine
- Yan made a mango fruit hat pudding
- James made a steamed orange and ginger pudding
- Steven made a lemon and blackcurrant drizzle steamed pudding
- Kate made a raspberry trifle terrine
- Julia made a treacle sponge pudding

The Hollywood Handshake
Paul Hollywood doled out three handshakes in this round to Yan, Stacey and Steven. Viewers were shocked, amused and downright bowled over.

However, Noel made his mark with his own novel move. When Liam failed to get a Hollywood handshake, the Mighty Boosh star asked: "Do you want a Fielding Fondle?" Viewers were loving it.

Technical Difficulties
This week's technical challenge was a little different as the bakers had just one hour to make a molten chocolate pudding filled with peanut butter. Yum.
However, each baker started at a different time with little to no guidance and a blind judging, leaving viewers both anxious and impressed.

Stars, Stripes and Show Stoppers
This week's stand-out show stopper was Sophie's trifle terrine. However, viewers seemed most impressed by Steven's stars and stripes.
