We caught up with Kevin Dundon at Taste of Dublin 2017. The Irish chef gave us a tour of the Iveagh gardens, introducing us to the fabulous sights, smells and sounds of Indian restaurant Jaipur, Irish oyster fanatics King Sitrtic and the Thai stylings of Saba.

After the tour, we soaked up some sunshine at the foodie festival and asked Kevin about his experience of Taste of Dublin 2017.
Father's Day: Sunday June 18
Kevin also dropped a major hint for his kiddies for Father's Day, this Sunday: "There's loads of family events going on all day and I'm a real foodie so if my kids turned around and said 'Dad, I'm bringing you down to Taste of Dublin this Sunday', I would be only delighted!"

The chef went on to share some top tips for the kids this Father's Day.
Kevin reckons that "every kid in Ireland is going to want to cook for their dad" this weekend, so he recommends whipping up some pancakes to kick off the big day.
"You can have the batter made from the night before and then the next day when the Dad gets out of the bed, you can just turn on the pan and say 'Dad, I've got your breakfast sorted for you today!".
His favourite ones? Try Kevin's lemon and blueberry pancakes here.
Happy Father's Day and happy cooking!
