The Marine Green is packed full of super-healthy ingredients, but, crucially, doesn't sacrifice on taste.
The juice contains spinach, broccoli, cucumber, ginger, avocado, apple, celery, lemon and the nutrient rich product Marine Phytoplankton.
This Phyto-ingredient is soureced from the ocean and has properties similar to that of spirulina and chlorella. It contains a combination of nutrients and antioxidants including essential fatty acids, amino acids, Omega 3 and 6 and vitamins and minerals, which lower the risk of developing diabetes, heart disease and certain cancers.
Pure Green was set up by Dubliners Karl Mulvee and Ronan Murphy to bring cold-pressed, vegetable-based juices to Ireland.
Karl said of their juices: “Our vegetables are pressed under huge amounts of pressure to extract the nectar directly from the pulp. This pressing, rather than the traditional blending action keeps the cell walls intact resulting in up to five times more nutrients in your juice”.
