Styled by long-time stylist Joseph Cassell, the delicate beaded embellishment of the set was paired with some strappy, sky-high heels from Aquazzura, as well as a pair of beautiful drop earrings from Dena Kemp, and a simple bracelet from Spinelli Kilcollin.
Aside from her jaw-dropping engagement ring - an old mine-cut diamond designed by Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry - the star wore a selection of rings from Lˊ Dezen By Payal Shah and Selim Mouzannar.
Her fiancé, Travis Kelce, attended the awards show wearing a Tom Ford jacket and trousers. Styled by Cassell, he paired the sleek look with a Calvin Klein shirt and a Cartier watch.
The showgirl went home with a number of awards, including: Artist of the Year, Album of the Year for The Life of a Showgirl, as well as Best Lyrics, Best Video, and Pop Song of the Year for The Fate of Ophelia, and even Favourite Tour Style for record-breaking Eras Tour.
