It might be bucketing rain and icy cold outside, but that never stops Laura Whitmore from making an impression with her style.
The presenter and author is known for her love of a good suit and a vampy monochromatic look, but for her latest appearance the Irishwoman put a spin on a classic tailoring.

Whitmore was spotted last night at the EE BAFTA And Glamour Rising Star Party, which took place at La Mome in London.
The annual party celebrates the nominees for the prestigious award, which for this year are Archie Madekwe (Lurker), Chase Infiniti (One Battle After Another), Miles Caton (Sinners), Posy Sterling (Lollipop) and Robert Aramayo (I Swear).
Styled by Emma Lane, Whitemore wore a look by Paul Smith, featuring a black satin-look tuxedo jacket, paired with a black satin shirt buttoned to the neck and a matching black tie. She finished her look with black sheer tights and platform heels.

Monochromatic looks were popular at the event, with Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts stepping out in a black gown with sheer panels on the waist and sheer sleeves.

Sophie Habboo and Jamie Laing also opted for dark looks, with Habboo wearing an off-the-shoulder black mini dress and sheer tights, and Laing going for a charcoal suit and matching t-shirt.
