Wuthering Heights, Emerald Fennell's adaptation of the seminal gothic tragic romance by Emily Brontë, had its world premiere last night, and its A-list attendees went all out when it came to the dark and romantic dress code.
Margot Robbie, Jacob Elordi, Alison Oliver and more walked the red carpet at TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood ahead of the films release on 13 February.
The film is a reimagining of the classic tale, with Robbie's Catherine Earnshaw and Elordi's Heathcliff locked in a tumultuous and passionate love affair.
For the big night, Robbie went all out with her outfit, leaning into the 'method dressing' she perfected with her stylist Andrew Mukamal during the Barbie press run.
Mukamal styled the Australian actress in a showstopping gown by Schiaparelli that was a modified version of a design just spotted on the runway at Paris Couture Week. The gown featured an intricate black lace bodice and a tiered skirt in black and red.

Most showstopping of all, however, was the jewellery: Robbie stepped out in the famed Taj Mahal diamond necklace by Cartier, a gift from Richard Burton to Elizabeth Taylor - arguably Hollywood's most famous tumultuous lovers - on her 40th birthday.
Elordi looked suave in an all-black look, wearing a black suit by Bottega Veneta, paired with a matching black shirt and a loosely tied black cravat that echoed the styles of the 18th century.

Irish actress Alison Oliver, who plays Isabella Linton, wore an Irish design, stepping out in a striking grey gown by Christian Dior, designed by Northern Irish creative director Jonathan Anderson.
The gown featured a gathering silhouette with a tuft of canary yellow tulle to one side.
