Rihanna, Karlie Kloss, Jennifer Lawrence and more were among the A-list guests spotted at the Christian Dior Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2026 Show, the first presented for the house by Northern Irish creative director Jonathan Anderson.
The show, which took place on the first day of Paris Couture Week, came less than a week after Anderson presented his latest menswear collection, which presented a punkier vision for the brand.

Today's collection, however, was a tribute to the flora and fauna of Spring, largely inspired by a memento given to Anderson by John Galliano, who served as creative director of the house from 1996 to 2011. In a post on Instagram ahead of the show, Anderson wrote that the "first person" he wanted to show his first-ever womenswear collection for Dior to was Galliano.
"John very kindly came with two posy of cyclamen tied with black silk ribbons and a bag of cakes and sweets from Tesco for the team", he wrote.
"The most beautiful flowers I had ever seen, so I took this as a starting point so that everyone could receive the same posy of flowers I had received. Thank you John for being so amazing."
The show was clearly an homage to this moment and partly to Galliano's legacy, with the show space roof covered in pale pink flowers, which also adorned some of the models' hair on the runway.
''Florals, for Spring?' you might say, but Anderson put a unique spin on the seasonal favourite, blending floral-inspired crinoline dresses and delicate embroidery with jewellery made from meteorites and bags crafted from 16th-century fabrics.

Models walked the runway in an assortment of designs that evolved the silhouettes Anderson has presented already, such as the distorted Bar Jacket that here was elongated and shown in new materials, or the pleated cargo designs that here were covered in delicate ruffles in bright shades of pink.
Fluid suiting also took inspiration from the forms of flowers, with wide fluted trousers and gathered detailing, while tuffs of green fringing on dresses and handbags added a burst of organic freshness to the designs.

For accessories, Anderson continued to show pieces inspired by his love of the natural world, with shiny ladybug- and bee-shaped metallic bags, as well as floppy, folded satin clutches. He also dipped into the Dior archives and found neck pillows that Christian Dior had created for the beach, that have been reimagined as purses. Models also wore oversized, hyperrealistic floral earrings.
The collection closed with the Dior bride, a sweeping and romantic flower-embellished white gown, before Anderson took his bow to the crowd.

Among that star-studded front row was Rihanna, who arrived in a slouchy, oversized black blazer-inspired coat, worn over a black tulle dress. Jennifer Lawrence also stepped out for the event, wearing a long brown coat with oversized fur cuffs and simple pale blue jeans.

Past Lives star Greta Lee wore a shimmering green sequinned vest from Dior's latest menswear collection, paired with slouchy white jeans, while Anya Taylor-Joy wore a pale cream coat with a burnt orange scarf tucked around the shoulders and oversized fur cuffs.
