Irish stars Jessie Buckley and Paul Mescal attended the 31st Annual Critics' Choice Awards on 4 January.
Hosted once again by comedian Chelsea Handler, and taking place at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, the event recognises excellence in cinema and television, with awards handed out for Best Picture, Best Actress, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay and more, all chosen by the more than 600 members who make up the CCA.
Buckley took home the award for 'Best Actress' thanks to her role in historical drama, Hamnet. Speaking during the ceremony, she praised the work of director Chloé Zhao and told co-star Paul Mescal that she could "drink him like water".
The Kerry woman looked exceptionally dazzling in a backless wrap top from Dior with large bow details, which she paired with some chic black trousers and eye-catching earrings.
Meanwhile, Mescal looked well put together in an all black ensemble. Styled by long-time stylist Felicity Kay, the Maynooth man wore custom Gucci.
Elsewhere on the red carpet, Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner made a rare public appearance, walking alongside Ariana Grande, Elle Fanning, Jessica Biel, Michael B. Jordan, Teyana Taylor and many more.
