Irish actress Kerry Condon walked the star-studded red carpet of the fifth annual Academy Gala, which took place at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures on 18 October 2025, in Los Angeles, California.
The museum, which opened to the public in 2021, hosts an annual awards ceremony that reflects the museum's mission to celebrate and preserve the arts, sciences, and artists of moviemaking.
The event also fundraises for the museum's exhibitions, education initiatives, and public programming.
This year's co-chairs included Viola Davis, Jon M. Chu, Common, Robert Downey Jr., Susan Downey, Jennifer Hudson, Julius Tennon, and Alejandro Ramírez Magaña.
The red carpet welcomed Hollywood's brightest stars, including Selena Gomez, Kim Kardashian, Ayo Edebiri, Charli XCX, and many more.
As well as spotting Irish woman Kerry Condon on the carpet, we saw both Lakeith Stanfield, Greta Lee, Monica Barbaro, and Mikey Madison wearing pieces from Christian Dior's latest collections, which were created under the eye of Derry designer Jonathan Anderson.
