Hair and beauty salon Bellissimo Galway is celebrating a major achievement as stylist Louise Jordan has been crowned Ireland Editorial Award Winner at the Wella Professionals TrendVision Award 2025 UK & Ireland Final.

Staged at London's iconic Natural History Museum, the awards recognised the very best in creative and technical hairdressing.

In the museum's Hintze Hall (home to Hope, the blue whale), finalists presented live looks before an audience of industry leaders, press and peers—culminating in Louise’s win for editorial excellence.

"Winning the Editorial Award has been an incredible honour for me," she said. "This event is a testament to true hair artistry, and to be a part of that has been very humbling. It has been a win for both me but also the whole team around me that supported my vision."

The only Irish winner of the awards, the accolade shines a spotlight on Galway's creative community. In the coming months, Louise will translate her award-winning vision into client services, in-salon education, and collaborative shoots with local creatives and brands.

Her award underscores her ability to fuse precision cutting with refined colour placement and strong visual storytelling—qualities that define standout editorial hair and set the tone for trends in the year ahead.

Bellissimo Complex owner Mike O’Connor added: "We are immensely proud of Louise—this is a phenomenal achievement for her and for Galway."
