Paul Mescal was spotted at the Gucci Cruise 2026 runway show, which took place last night in Florence, Italy.

The collection, which was designed by the in-house design team while they await the arrival of the new Creative Director Demna following the exit of Sabato De Sarno in February, was unveiled at the Gucci Archive in the 15th century Palazzo Settimanni.

Known for its slinky and sultry designs, Gucci had recently been presenting a more sleek and understated style under De Sarno, having celebrated a few years of exceptional popularity under Alessandro Michele, who brought his maximalist aesthetic to the legacy brand.

This collection featured more sexy designs that were inspired by the brand's archive, with oversized faux fur coats, slip dresses, pussy bow blouses and sleek pencil skirts.

The fashion house also celebrated the launch of a new exhibition on the night, at the House's museum, Palazzo Gucci. It was a fitting celebration for the brand, which was founded in the romantic city in 1921.

Mescal is a longtime fan and supporter of the Italian luxury fashion house, which has featured him in numerous campaigns. He even gave the brand's spin on his headline-stealing GAA shorts the seal of approval when he wore them for a photoshoot.

At last night's event he opted for an understated and monochrome look, stepping out in a grey sweater vest with an asymmetric neckline, worn over a white t-shirt, black trousers, a black bomber jacket and black shoes. He finished the look with classic black sunglasses.

Also spotted at the event were stars such as Julia Garner, who wore a green textured mini dress paired with avant garde pointed court shoes and sheer black tights.

Mark Ronson looked dapper in a dark brown textured suit, which he wore over a pale blue shirt and paired with the brand's iconic loafers.

Jeff Goldblum stepped out with his wife, Emilie Livingston, both looking exceptionally chic. Goldblum wore a dark green suit with a wide retro-inspired lapel, worn over a cream shirt, while Livingston wore a 90s-inspired vest top and matching long skirt in a navy floral motif.
