Maura Higgins debuted a daring new look last night, at the world premiere of Argylle in London's Leicester Square.

The presenter and model stunned on the on-theme gold carpet, and it looks like she certainly got the memo when it came to the dress code.

Taking the glitzy and glamorous film as inspiration, Maura stepped out in a bold patterned gown, featuring a butterfly motif in shades of red, gold and black. The gown featured a Bardot neckline, extra long sleeves and a form-fitting silhouette.

However, fans were dazzled by the star's new hairstyle, which made her almost unrecognisable.

Known for her long locks, often styled by Carl Bembridge into voluminous curled or slicked back to perfection, Maura debuted a vintage-inspired look, donning a Bettie Page-style blunt fringe, while the rest of her hair was styled straight and sleek.

She finished her look with a very appropriate cateye liner, and a nude lipstick.

Elsewhere on the night, Laura Whitmore oozed sophistication in an edgy black gown by Azzi and Osta, which featured an asymmetric skirt, ruffled detail and a cut-out on the waist. Styled by Emma Lane, her look was completed by a pair of black strappy heels and diamond drop earrings by Katherine James.

Dua Lipa also walked the gold carpet, wearing a form-fitting burgundy sequinned dress that perfectly complimented her hair colour, while supermodel Claudia Schiffer strutted her stuff in a canary yellow Versace gown.
