Beyoncé was among the famous faces at last night's premiere for Taylor Swift’s concert film.
The duo, who both have turned their record-breaking worldwide concerts into eagerly anticipated films, walked the red carpet together.
Swift’s Eras Tour concert film will debut in the US and Canada today, one day ahead of schedule, with showings across 90 other countries - including Ireland - starting on Friday October 13.
Meanwhile, Beyoncé’s live film of the Renaissance tour will come to cinemas on December 1.
Held at the Grove in Los Angeles, the premiere was a glamorous event, with Swift walking the red carpet in an elaborate pale blue gown by Oscar de la Renta.
The princess-style ball gown featured floral appliqués, a full skirt, a subtle train and a sweetheart neckline. She accessorised with a pair of baby blue peep toe stiletto heels.
Her hair was styled in loose waves and worn in a tucked up-do to mimic a textured bob. She added her trademark red lipstick and a hazy blue eyeshadow, finishing her look with a classic diamond necklace.
Beyoncé opted for a black skintight catsuit by LaQuan Smith, featuring a shining metal breastplate, square neckline and long sleeves. She paired this with black sunglasses and black leather boots, her hair worn long and straight.
Swift shared a video of the duo celebrating the launch of the film, writing: "I'm so glad I’ll never know what my life would’ve been like without @beyonce's influence. The way she’s taught me and every artist out here to break rules and defy industry norms. Her generosity of spirit. Her resilience and versatility. She’s been a guiding light throughout my career and the fact that she showed up tonight was like an actual fairytale."
Swift made the announcement about bringing the release of the film a day forward on Instagram, sharing a photo of her before the premiere, saying, "Andddd I can't really wrap my head around this but…. Look what you genuinely made me do: Due to unprecedented demand we’re opening up early access showings of The Eras Tour Concert Film on THURSDAY in America and Canada!! As in… TOMORROW.
"We’re also adding additional showtimes Friday and throughout the weekend. All tickets will be available by 10am tomorrow morning. And it’ll be showing starting Friday in 90 countries all over the world. I can’t thank you enough for wanting to see this film that so vividly captures my favorite adventure I’ve ever been a part of: The Eras Tour. And the best part is, it’s an adventure we’re still on together."
Also walking the red carpet was actress Mariska Hargitay, who featured in Swift's 'Bad Blood' music video, and country singer Maren Morris.
