Kate Middleton sported a different kind of look this morning, eschewing her typical rotation of suits, blazers and fitted dresses for an ensemble that seemed to tap into 'cool girl' trends.
Although sleek blazers and trouser suits have become her go-to formula for public appearances, it seems the Princess took her fashion cues from the street style more commonly spotted during Fashion Month.
Kate was visiting Bracknell this morning, dropping into a centre supporting Ukrainian families who have settled in the area. There, she helped pack parcels of food and clothes alongside young Ukrainians, who arrived in the UK in the last year.

For the occasion, Kate chose a distinctly more casual, though no less polished, look.
The Princess looked bang on trend, wearing a crisp white shirt with exaggerated cuffs and the collar turned up with a loose, slightly oversized roll neck grey sweater vest layered on top, which came to her hips.
She paired this with long grey trousers that bagged stylishly over her feet. The contrast between the shades of grey made the outfit particularly elegant, while the Princess's love of tailoring came through in both pieces.

Keeping her look tonal, she finished her outfit with a pair of loafer-inspired court shoes in an autumnal plaid pattern and accented with a tassel on the front. She kept her jewellery minimal, adding just a pair of gold hoop earrings accented by a row of pearls by Shylah.
Her preppy, on trend ensemble was only enhanced by her new haircut: feathery curtain bangs that are one of the most popular styles at the moment.
Her tresses were styled into loose waves, while her makeup was pared back and tonal.
