The Met Gala stairs was awash with Irish talent last night, from our best designers to some of our brightest Hollywood stars.

The theme of the night was Karl Largerfeld: A Line of Beauty, and designers drew inspiration from the iconic designer and his creations over the decades.

One such designer was our own Simone Rocha, who crafted a custom look for Oscar-winning singer Billie Eilish. Rocha took inspiration from Eilish's own gothic fashion tastes, blending it with her penchant for Victorian silhouettes and materials.

For her third appearance at the celebrated gala, Eilish wore a sultry sheer gown that featured a floral-patterned halterneck, a black corset, garter-inspired detailing and ribbon detailing. The look was finished with matching sheer thigh-high stockings, full length gloves and towering black platform heels.

Her raven black hair was styled into a loose and tousled braid, while a final touch of glamour was added with a black gem-encrusted headpiece.

Her makeup was vampy and elegant, with graphic black eyeliner and a nude lip completing the look.
