Styled by Felicity Kay, Irish actor Paul Mescal has been making quite the impression on red carpets recently, wearing a stand-out selection of high-end designs.

From Prada suits to Vivienne Westwood shirts, and embellished Simone Rocha jackets, the Aftersun actor has been showcasing some increasingly chic looks.

Picking up the award for Best Actor at tonight's Olivier Awards, thanks to his celebrated portrayal of Stanley Kowalski in the latest production of Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire, the Maynooth man looked particularly dashing in a black Gucci suit and statement ribbon bow tie.

Styled once again by Kay, Mescal attended the ceremony, which took place at Royal Albert Hall, wearing a pair of gleaming Louboutin shoes and sparkling Cartier accessories to complement the designer suit.

'Groomer' Josh Knight - the man responsible for the 27-year-old's signature mullet - posted photos of the star's looks to Instagram, noting that he used 111SKIN and Typology products to achieve a red carpet-worthy glow.

Posing alongside fellow actors Sheila Atim, Jodie Comer - winner of the Best Actress award for Prima Facie - and Aimee Lou Wood, Mescal looked thrilled with the win.

During his acceptance speech, he thanked his mother, Dearbhla, who is currently receiving treatment for cancer, saying: "I hope you get better."
