The 48th ceremony of the People's Choice Awards was held on December 6, 2022, at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California.
Once again hosted by actor Kenan Thompson, the awards celebrated the best movies, TV, music, and pop culture moments of the year - as voted by the public.
While Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds accepted 'The People's Icon Award', Lizzo took home 'The People's Champion Award' for her cultural impact as well as her commitment to championing diversity, and the fabulous Shania Twain took home 'The Music Icon trophy' before performing some of her most iconic hits.
The star-studded event saw some big names walk the red carpet including Olivia Wilde, Heidi Kulm, Billy Porter, Laverne Cox, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and many more.
