We asked the gals over on The Jennifer Zamparelli Show to answer some quick-fire questions on their top beauty buys and skincare tips. This week we're chatting to actress Norma Sheahan, star of Dead Still.

What hero product do you always need in your handbag?
Wipes! Not only for face, but for the "wh***'s lick". That’s a quick shower, using a wipe, on the go.

What's your dream product if money was no object?
A head transplant.

What new product/trend are you loving at the moment?
The vivid filter on phone that turns me from scary witch to power b****.

What’s the part of your makeup routine you’ll never change?
Removing mascara nightly is crucial for me, to prevent eye infections in my corneal abrasion.

What's a new beauty trick you've picked up?
Wear shades and hat when you look like a toilet brush.

Who is your beauty guru?
Jen Zamparelli obviously. Favourite quote - when she said - "I’m not actually as good lucking as I think I am". Cracked me up. People love her because she’s human but can then dress to kill! It’s all in the mind! A genuine smile beats a frozen face.

Is there an Irish brand or product you love or want to try?
Skin care by Mariga in Wexford. She’s holistic, sound, brilliant. Also Esmerelda Botanicals in Kildare is doing mighty work on organics. There’s a woman in Clare too, Deirdre Fitzgerald, who runs Secret Fashion Fixes. She’s gas and has very handy products.

What’s your favourite makeup hack?
I find a decent foundation covers the Irish, broken-vein, whiskey-drinking look.

What's a trend you don't think you'll ever try?
Botox and fillers and facials
