Love it or hate it, Love Island has become a pop culture sensation over the past number of years, with viewers across Ireland and the UK tuning in six nights a week every summer to watch a group of 20-somethings scramble to find their one true love... and a cash prize.

Tonight, the eighth summer of 'cracking on' in the Majorcan villa comes to a close, and host Laura Whitmore ensured that she finished on a high thanks to an exquisite pre-loved Versace jumpsuit.

Earlier this year, it was announced that the ITV show would be breaking up from their fast fashion partnerships in order to pair up with eBay, giving contestants access to a pre-loved wardrobe in the villa.

Whitmore followed suit for her appearances on the show by wearing pre-loved and rented outfits, including a pink dress once worn by Mariah Carey.

Describing her final look as a "jumpsuit of dreams", Laura's eye-catching number features a blue floral top merging into black floral pants that flare dramatically thanks to the knee-high slits and ruffled edges.

Posting photos and videos of the night to Instagram, Whitmore wrote that she and stylist Emma Lane had "a lot of fun planning this one".

Leaning into the retro look of the jumpsuit, Lane complemented Laura's memorable look with a pair of statement blue love-heart earrings, a selection of chunky gold rings, and some sky-high wedges.

To give the final show some extra oomph, hair stylist Sophie Sugarman of The Mane Style planted a range of colourful flowers throughout Laura's extra thick, extra high ponytail.

Make-up artist Tori Ball accentuated the larger than life glamour of the jumpsuit and accessories with a bold red lip and some dramatic black eye-liner.
