It's been a whirlwind two days for Kate Middleton, and yesterday the Duchess of Cambridge ended her trip to Denmark with a visit to the Danish Royal Family.
The Duchess has been travelling around Copenhagen, visiting educational institutions and furthering her work on young children's wellbeing.
She started off her final day with a trip to Stenurten Forest Kindergarten, where she joined students for their outdoor lessons and got stuck into outdoorsy activities like chopping wood. Kate slipped into her casual clothes, opting for her usual blend of comfortable basics and elevated staple pieces.
She wore the Woodcock Advanced Jacket in khaki green by Danish brand Seeland, layered over a slouchy cream roll-neck jumper – the Mark Kenly Domino Tan 'Karlotta' sweater. She paired this with simple skinny jeans and a pair of dark brown Chelsea boots, Classic Chelsea Boot by Blundstone.
Later that day she changed into a more formal outfit to meet Queen Margrethe II and Crown Princess Mary at Christian IX's Palace at Amalienborg. After a private lunch, Kate and Mary then visited the Danner Crisis Center where they learned about work being done to protect mothers and children who are fleeing domestic abuse.
For the occasion, Kate wore her Catherine Walker 'Marine' coat, a sophisticated and contemporary take on an 18th century frock coat design.
Featuring a double-breasted design, with black lapels and cuffs, princess seams and pockets on the hips, all in a soft cashmere blend, it's an elegant and regal outfit.
She accessorised with black gloves, the Small Amberley Crossbody by Mulberry in black crocodile patent leather, and Gianvito Rossi 105 suede pumps in black.
Adding a little sparkle, she rewore her Maria Black 'Cha Cha' earrings from the day before, a simple pearl-drop design, as well as the Nura Pearl Necklace from Monica Vinader.
