The British royals always dress a little extra glamorously at Christmas time, whether it's vivid shades of red, green and gold or their most striking coats and accessories, and Kate Middleton leads the style pack when it comes to this time of year.
At her latest engagement, Kate stunned in a dramatic red coat dress, embellished with a festive bow, for the Royal Carols: Together At Christmas concert at Westminster Abbey.
The special event was spearheaded by the Duchess of Cambridge, and was designed to recognise and honour the work of people and organisations across the UK who cared for and supported communities throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
The festive event was attended by everyone from Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice, to Zara and Mike Tindall and Sophie, Countess of Wessex, making it a real family affair.
For the special night, Kate pulled out a fan favourite from her wardrobe, choosing her stunning scarlet coat dress by Catherine Walker for the night.
The Beau Tie coat dress is a rich red wool design with pleats falling gently from the shoulder to tie into a bow at the neckline. It features structured shoulders, long buttoned sleeves and a flowing skirt. She wore it buttoned over a matching red dress.
She added some serious sparkled to her look with the Queen Mother's Sapphire and Diamond Earrings, a stunning pair of antique drop earrings. She kept to the red theme by adding her Miu Miu clutch in a scarlet red, as well as a pair of Gianvito Rossi 105 suede pumps in a matching scarlet red.
Her hair was styled into long and voluminous waves that framed her face perfectly and added to the glamorous look. Her makeup was rich and tonal, with a warm brown smokey eye, eyeliner, glowing highlighter and rosy blush and a classic nude lip.
