After over a year of not dressing up, it seems like everyone is dressing to themes these days. Whether it's cottagecore boho chic, Bridgerton basic with corsets or 70s disco glamour, we're going all out with our looks, and Laura Whitmore is no different.

The Love Island host and radio presenter is not shy of dressing to a theme, and commits to whatever ensemble she's putting together. From slick rock n' roll-inspired suits to floral frocks and shag jackets, the Irish beauty is well versed in turning heads with her style.

And for the most recent episode of Aftersun, Whitmore dipped into her mood board for another stunning outfit. Sharing a photo to her Instagram with the caption, "Bardot vibes", Whitmore stunned in a French-inspired look, donning an unusual little black dress and towering heels.

She chose a one-sleeved black mini dress by Preen By Thornton Bregazzi, a British brand focused on creating recycled fashion from sustainable materials, featuring a curved neckline and black satin detailing on the bust and cuff.

She accessorised this with a pair of dramatic platform heels by jimmy Choo, featuring a peep-toe, towering block heels and a sultry ankle tie. Adding to her 60s French girl look, she wore a wide black bow in her hair by Irish designer Simone Rocha, whose recent H&M collection Whitmore was particularly fond of.

She added some simple jewellery, including a selection of gold ear piercings, a smattering of rings and a delicate gold necklace.

Her makeup was sultry and classic, which added to the overall outfit, as she chose a rich red lip, matching red nails, a shimmery pink eyeshadow and lashings of mascara to define her eyes. Her hair was curled into luscious waves and worn in a half-up, half-down style that Bardot made famous, complete with a mini beehive at the crown of her head.
