The 27th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards are set to take place on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at 9pm ET (around 2am Irish time).
Running since 1995, the annual ceremony celebrates the best ensemble and individual performances of the year across both film and television. This year, however, the star-studded event will see a number of changes due to COVID-19 restrictions in place across the globe.
As well as being host-less, there will be no celeb-filled banquet or red carpet for viewers to feast their eyes on. Instead, this year's ceremony will take place in the homes of some of Hollywood's biggest names with pre-recorded videos and an array of docuseries-inspired interviews, which will be screened throughout the telecast.
