Viola Davis, Issa Rae, and Bridgerton's Regé-Jean Page all picked up awards at the 52nd NAACP Image Awards, hosted by actor Anthony Anderson (for the eighth year in a row).
Presented by BET, the annual awards ceremony celebrates outstanding achievements of people of color in television, music, literature, and film as well as honouring those who promote social justice through creative endeavors.
Special honorary awards such as the Chairman's Award, the President's Award, the Vanguard Award, the Jackie Robinson Sports Award and the NAACP Image Awards Hall of Fame highlight exceptional individuals and organizations for distinguished public service.
