Noel Fielding is known for his bold and expressive fashion sense, and now he's been tapped by one of the most exclusive fashion houses in the industry.

The Great British Bake Off host and talented artist lent his "scribbles" to Fendi, as his abstract and colourful drawings graced the fashion house's latest collection.

Making the announcement on Instagram, Fielding wrote, "Very excited to announce that I have collaborated with Fendi (using my artwork) for their new Menswear winter collection", later adding it was "a dream seeing my scribbles come to life today".

The collection – featuring Fielding's multicoloured abstract illustrations overlayed onto black puffer coats, crew neck jumpers, sweater vests and wool coats – was unveiled over the weekend.

Speaking to Vogue UK, Silvia Venturini Fendi said the collection looks to the "new normal" and how we will dress once that truly arrives. Speaking about Fielding, she said, "He's a multi-faceted man: an actor, a comedian, but also an artist, a musician, a writer. Today, you have to be a multi-tasker, someone who escapes definition".

The campaign went hard on the dad crushes of the moment, with The Mandalorian's Pedro Pascal rocking one of the illustrated jumpers, worn over a crisp white shirt and dark trousers, in one of the photos.

Fielding's dress sense – and especially his taste in jumpers – has been a draw since he joined the Great British Bake Off. He's most often seen romping through the tent in a pop-goth creation, usually oversized and very often neon or metallic.

However, his looks have been turning heads since his days starring at Vince Noir in The Mighty Boosh, when iridescent jumpsuits and gold boots were his fashion calling cards.

Once almost too bold to be fashionable, Fielding's style has become the precursor to what many people are gravitating towards now.

His classic raven-black shag haircut could be found on an 18-year-old's TikTok mood board, while his oversized jumpers with statement prints could just as easily be worn by Schitt's Creek's David Rose (albeit in a monochrome palette).
