Knowing what to wear in this weather is always a struggle. Too breezy for dresses, too muggy for jackets, cardigans leave you sweltering and blouses are useless if it rains. Late summer to early autumn is officially the most painful time to put together an outfit.
So we're especially impressed by Vogue Williams' latest look, an outfit that nails every aspect of early autumn dressing while still keeping the note of fun and edginess that we've come to expect from the Irish beauty.
The presenter was spotted out and about yesterday while on her way to Global Radio studios to present her radio show. Looking perfectly off-duty, the star stepped out in a cropped black roll-neck sweater by House of Sunny, with no sleeves and a loose fit that flattered and showed off her toned figure.
The cropped sleeveless sweater is one of the key pieces autumn and is popping up in collections and on the high street more and more. Perfect with jeans and a blazer for cool days, and with a short skirt or loose trousers on warmer ones, it's the ideal transitional piece to connect your summer wardrobe to your autumn one.

Vogue paired hers with a chic pair of khaki green cargo trousers by Cecilie Copenhagen, their loose and relaxed fit perfectly matching her sweater, while a matching utility-style belt cinched in her waist. The trousers were made extra cool by the geometric pattern on the oversized pockets.
Keeping the edgy theme going, Vogue opted for a pair of black patent Christian Dior stilettos featuring a white slingback. In an Instagram post, she tagged Sellier Knightsbridge, a well-known London spot the sells pre-loved luxury pieces, so major props for opting for secondhand!
Along with this she wore a striking black patent leather handbag by Essentiel Antwerp featuring a nude shoulder strap and a statement neon green strap across the front. Paired with the khaki trousers, it was the perfect pop of colour.
Vogue accessorised her look with a smattering of gold bangles and a pair of dramatic black sunglasses. She wore her hair in textured fishtail braids either side of her face, a rosey nude lipstick and a deep bronzed tan.
