Irish talent dominated the red carpet at last night's National Television Awards in London, with reality stars Laura Whitmore, Maura Higgins and drag queen Blu Hydrangea strutted their stuff.

First to arrive on the red carpet, Maura Higgins ensured that all eyes would be on her for the night, dazzling in a daring "naked" dress.

The Love Island breakout star, and Dancing on Ice contestant, seemed to take inspiration from her sequin costumes in a sheer bodycon gown overlayed with lavender embellishments.

The dazzling gown by Fjolla Nila hugged her curves and was bang on trend, with lavender feathers on the cuffs and a high mock turtleneck collar. Accessorised with a pair of baubles by Lara Heems and a pair of glittering strappy heels, Maura looked sultry as ever.

She walked the red carpet with boyfriend, fellow Love Island contestant Curtis Pritchard, who looked debonair in a navy suit by T.M.Lewin, with the couple both styled by Ray Wooldridge.

With a different take on red carpet glamour, Laura Whitmore stepped out in almost as daring a look, styled by Angie Smith. Putting a new spin on the little black dress, the Love Island host stunned in the Chloe velvet dress by Silvia Astore, featuring a structured pointed neckline, corseted bodice and bold thigh-high slit pinned with a diamente heart.

You can get the dress through Annie's Ibiza here for £785 (roughly €930).

Adding to her vampy look was her makeup, with makeup artist Brooke Simons opting for a deep mauve lip, softly smoked and shimmery eyes and lightly bronzed complexion. Her hair was worn in her current go-to style, waved gently and pinned behind her ear with three diamante slides.

Our favourite part of her look, however, was the statement circular black handbag by Lalingi London, rimmed with diamante detailing.

Also strutting her stuff on the red carpet was Belfast drag queen and Rupaul's Drag Race UK contestant, Blu Hydrangea, who attended the ceremony with her posse of queens. No one makes a statement like a drag queen, so it's no wonder that her iridescent outfit by Call Me Sophia was utterly showstopping.

While many familiar faces dazzled on the red carpet, Irish talent was championed in another way as Love Island star Molly Mae Hague donned a stunning white gown by Eamonn McGill for her turn down the red carpet.

The lavish custom creation featured intricate white embellishments sewn onto a sheer gown, with striking white fur sleeves.
