The Pride of Britain Awards is an annual ceremony that celebrates everyday heroes across Britain for singular acts of courage, long-lasting battles against the odds, persistent campaigning, small acts of kindness, and much more.

Nominated by the public, the diverse group of nominees come from all walks of life. Last year's winners included a young schoolgirl who saved her family from carbon monoxide poisoning, members of the public who pulled survivors from the wreckage of a burning plane, a surfer offering lessons to people with disabilities and a young man who overcame homelessness to help steer kids in the right direction.

The ceremony is an inspirational affair that has always attracted a star-studded guest list - and last night's 20th celebration was no exception. Hosted by Carol Vorderman, the guest list included TV personalities such as Holly Willoughby, Vogue Williams, Laura Whitmore, Vicky Pattinson, and Love Island winner Amber Gill.

Now, we know we're biased, but we really do believe that Laura and Vogue stole the show when it came to the fashion on the night. The two ladies did their country proud with their stylish ensembles, both opting for variations of a red carpet classic - the little black dress.

Laura wore a figure-hugging number with a sweetheart neckline and long sleeves, which she accessorised with a simple black clutch and matching heels. While, elsewhere, Vogue opted for a love heart printed satin gown from Hasan Hejaz which she wore while carrying an Aspinal of London handbag.
